Dear expert,
l am facing an issue with DUW 30 01,when i turn on the power of this one the led of opertion still flashing for a long time and i cant connect to them using element manger or moshell or to format using tera term or other FTP client,if any one have an idea to solve this problem your help will be valuable.

Is the green led for LMTB port on or off .

Yes the green led of LMTB in on but after flashing the status turn to local maintenance and the led became blue not in LMTB

This is because your runing on BASIC_CV
connect to LMTA on serial-By instance via TERATERM-
after logging in -name:rbs Pass:rbs- Type:
1-reload --
2-ifconfig le0 169.254.1.1 255.255.0.0
3-reload

Try to connect via EM

If this worked we will continue on.

Try to connect via EM

If this worked we will continue on.

I tried this when i powered the DUW for the first time,but now the DUW is led is in blue color for 5 seconds and after no answer all the led is off and i cant connect using LMTA port

I think there is no any C2 and D on the HDD of the DUW so u need to install C2 and D and then reload and try to login it'll work with u

I think there is no any C2 and D on the HDD of the DUW so u need to install C2 and D and then reload and try to login it'll work with uI treind this solution for first but i can do nothing because the HDD of DUW have a RAW file extension and you can do nothing with this extension of file copying or deleting

Which Ran version do you use? May be you need downgrade or upgrade sw version of duw30?
