Cell Busy Hour calculation in excel

Does anyone have an excel macro to extract cell busy hour data? We consider the hour(in one day period) in which the cell has maximum traffic as Busy hour. From ZTE OMC I can extract one whole day KPI but Busy Hour only data extraction is not possible, unlike Huawei. From that one day data I need to extract only busy hour data for all cells.
