NSN NodeB In Sync/Out Sync Parameters

Hi,
Any one has any idea what is the parametere in NSN 3G for


N_INSYNC_IND (Number of In Sync Indications at the NodeB (Not UE!) to achieve uplink Synchronization)
N_OUTSYNC_IND (Number of out of Sync Indications at the NodeB (Not UE!))

Hi,

Regarding the parameters which you are looking for, in fact these are hardcoded values. You can find them in IUB trace in NBAP:Cell Setup message.
Anyway the values of these parameters are fixed and set as following:
T_RLFAILURE: default value = 2 second
N_OUTSYNC_IND: default value = 8
N_INSYNC_IND: default value =

For Huawei, these parameters are not fixed
Default:
NInsyncInd = 5
NOutsyncInd = 50
TRLFailure = 50

The value for N_INSYNC_IND is 8 for nsn system.
