RAB Fail and reason is due to DL Power Cong. due to Cell DL load
simulation
Solution: After Check the site has many DL RAB Etab. Fail due to DL power Cong. As we checked the alarm and found during the DL power Cong. showing Cell DL Load Simulation Startup. Someone has startup the DL Simulation and not off that cause simulation goes upto 99% and due to that cause many DL power Cong. As we stop the Simulation problem is solved.
