RRC Rej and reason is RRC Rej due to RL Fail.
Solution: After check the CPU Load site have high CPU Usage and then we checked the main Board log and found have CPU Overload alarm. So we requested to customer to ADD WBBP Board on the site Every WBBP board have 1 CPU and 2 Board can support 100 NBAP message after add the WBBP Board problem is solved.
