RAB Fail PS due to Uu No Reply and the reason is due to wrong CFG data define
Solution: RNC CFG the same data with the NODEB. But cell name is wrong. Cellid=44845 is site CCS1603 sector 0’s first carrier but the cell name is CCS1603U_8NB01_S02 which should be CCS1603U_8NB01_S01 in truth. We should add inter freq NB with the second carrier cell and open blind handover flag for DRD. But because of the wrong cell name , we also add wrong inter freq blind handover NB relationship which lead to the DRD success rate decrease which is the reason PS RAB performance decrease When we correct the cell info problem is solved.
