Sudden RRC setup failure increased due to RNC Internal Reasons(M1001C6)-NSN System

Good day Experts,

We came across strange issue of sudden increase in RRC setup failure due to RNC internal reasons(M1001C6) in NSN sytem.

As per the troubleshooting counters, we saw that RRC setup failure due to registration(M1001C46) increased.

I am looking for main root cause behind this issue.

Please if you have any idea and suggestion kindly share.
