Hello,
This is a doc exported from Alex. E******* doesn't give you some information but it doesn't give you a clear and complete procedures to do link budget or capacity dimensioning
Alex is normally used for customer so you can imagine how it could be
I did try once to write codes for link budget but the problem was in DL limited cases and E******* proposed procedure like as positive feedback and couldn't give a proper result
