Sepura Radio Manager-get it work

Is there a way to get to use the Sepura Radio Manager without paying a lot of $$$$?
Its asking for a serial number before it can get opened. I know on many other software that can be fixed, is there a way on this one as well?

Tnx for the info. I installed the program, but cant get lt to open at all!
