High TCH DROP AND SDCCH DROP

My cell in BSC has a lot of sdcch and tch drop, the reason for TCH drop is mainly due to both link signal strentgh and suddenloss, sdcch drop is due to Signal strength and other reason.

Please give the idea to tackle this

Well check kpi's from what date this problem occured.
Check if it was any implementation made during this time to that cell or any neighbour cell.
Check for hardware faults.
IMO the cell is overshooting as your problems are related to signal strength.
