Which is the difference between RA-RNTI and C-RNTI? (LTE)

anybody know Which is the difference between RA-RNTI and C-RNTI? in LTE

Hi,

Both are Radio Network Temporary identifiers but the main differences is the RA-RNTI is used during the random access procedure and the C-RNTI is allocated to the UE after successful completion of the random access procedure.
