Wlscgen 8.3 problem

when I am running Wlscgen, i can see the following error

I am using win 7 32 bits.
Anybody knows what could be the potential problem ?

Hi Guys,
I found the emulator for Wlscgen 8.2 and it works for version 8.3 I attached the emulator for who has the same problem It might be posted before in finetopix but I post it again as an update

Hi All,
Maybe a lot of people knows about my comments below But for me it was new So in order to share the knowledge I mention it

In wlsgen version higher than 8.0.6, if your vendor secret has character like "!" or"&" you will see a failure in setting the secret. Even you select option of old wlsgen version, it doesn't work

It means you lservrc has been created by older version wlsgen 8.0.6 So if you want to update lservrc, you need to use wlscgen 8.0.6 and NOT higher version
