Hello,
I have a snoop file that Handover RANAP Relocation Request message getting from between RNC - MSC traffic. Wireshark and also my commercial ASN tool could not parse it. This is real network, real traffic, how can it work properly? Actually, how can I parse correctly? I am stuck, any point of view can appreciate me.
