ATDI ics telecom user-defined propagation model

does anyone provide us with step by step method on how to (embed, define or create) use-defined pathloss model to be used by ics telecom during calculations.

typically, using external DLL file created using c programming or others. But is there any easier and faster way to do so?.

There is 'Cost 231 open' option available on propagation model selection window. You can chose it and specify your own variables as factors.
