about LTE ...The different between UL MIMO and DL MIMO?

I know you're working in LTE now in some projects, but... who knows this question.. The different between UL MIMO and DL MIMO? I think that could have a quickly answer.

Hi.
As you must know, MIMO=Multiple Input Multiple Output.
So, in DL the Multiple Transmission is implemented in the Base Station, while in UL is the Terminal which implement it.
Normally is the Base Station which implement MIMO.
Terminal would need two transmitters and this is not easy to have.
