Hi, check alarms to start off with. Check if CICs are consistent and match on both MSC and BSC side. Check signaling point routing. You gave very little info but your alarms should tell you a lot.

About Alarm I didn't see any alarm , CICs and SPCs but i will check it again

About More Information :-
-The drop happen only in BSC border with other BSCs in different MSCs
-drop from BSC1 (MSCATCA1) to BSC2(MSCATCA2) and BSC3(MSCe)
-Incoming and Outgoing HHO success ratio decreased .
-The Reasons of failures in Incoming and Outgoing HHO:-
- Inter-BS Incoming Hard HOs Failures (Other Causes)[Times] Increased
- Inter-BS Outgoing Hard HO Failures (Other causes)[Times] Increased
- Inter-BS Incoming Hard HOs Failures (HO Interrupted by MSC)[Times] decreased
- Inter-BS Outgoing Hard HO Failures (MS Not detected by destination pilot)[Times] decreased

-I already put chart for the problem but didn't know why it didn't appear

If could help me with some docs that explain the causes of A2 Drop.
Also why there is a HHO between BSCs of the same MSC vendor.
