It doesn't mean that I'm an expert in this thing, but based on my experiences working on some projects there is no manual.
There are several a guidance, technical principals or technical references of how to do earthing or grounding for any kind of equipment (not just telecom).
But the basic principal that is used to design earthing (that I know) is to find the shortest distance to earth, and by the end of the termination is to ground to the main earth.

Dear stealth, I want to know about standard range of one stick rod and other, length of stick rod depend of soil. value of grounding can be accept in telecommunication area (some operator strict with 1 ohm).If the grounding value can not decrease under standarization value what can we do( for exaple in dry land)
