ok , it's a long story but here's the main issues especially Major work steps :

1- the survey is number one ( survey person must visit the site to determine existing equipment and create detailed report with print screens and photos to be sent to the design dept.)

2- design dept. to make the design using 6000 series equipment to achieve the same exisiting 3000 configurations , taking into consideration future customer expansions .

3- design dept . to issue required civil actions .... for example new fiber path , new rox-tech installations ,new Fixation Brackets (side arms on tower) ..etc

4- Create the Main BOQ for each Site .

5- Delivery team to arrange for equipment delivery to site.

6- telecom team to check missing materials or any new required Civil work ..

7- Integration team to take the LOG for the Site before swap ...

8- radio team to check site performance before and after swap .

9 - Acceptance process to be completed ........

=====================
if your question is about step no.6 only ,,, i can give you more details about it later on

usually there is no major problem on site during swap, as along as the survey and material delivery, for the particular site is correct. Bring spare modules, like DU, RU, link cables....
