Hi scorpion,
Actual LTE-L3-SIB2 message is dependent on software implementation and it can varies.
Anyway attaching decoded SIB2 message used by us and also document containing LTE SIB and L3 messages in details (posted in our forum itself). Hope this help

What I posted is an actual SIB2 from a live network. There is a SIB3 appended at the end as well.
