Dear Experts,
Did some one ever experience blocked call while call is already going and no new call is attempted? We are experiencing this unusual behaviour that during a call TEms suddenly gives this blocked call message and call is ended while radio conditions are fine.

Blocked Call
Block type: No Alerting or Connect
CC Cause:Temporary failure

Transaction identifier : 8
Protocol discriminator : (3) Call control; call related SS messages
Message type : 37
Cause
Coding standard : (3) Standard defined for the GSM PLMNS
Location : (0) user
cause value : (41) Temporary failure

What can be the reason for this one?

One another case is given below:

Blocked Call
Block type: No Alerting or Connect
CC Cause:Recovery on timer expiry

Transaction identifier : 8
Protocol discriminator : (3) Call control; call related SS messages
Message type : 37
Cause
Coding standard : (3) Standard defined for the GSM PLMNS
Location : (10) network beyond interworking point
cause value : (102) Recovery on timer expiry

If you are using command sequences during drive test it can happen as you are already dedicated and again via command sequence again you gonna make a call. Most probably your command sequence is wrong let's get it checked.

I don't think so it is a command sequence error because in command sequence before the start of next loop 1st loop has to be ended.I mean to say that 1st the existing call should be ended before initiating the new call.
