Please support:
i need to know how to shift traffic in co-bcch
1.from 900 cell to 1800 cell same site
2.from 900 of congested cell of site to 900 less congested cell of other site.
4.how to check losses on 1800 band
3.if radio losses are increasing on 1800 shift traffic to 900
please i need "NSN parameter settings" for these scenarios
