I'm in the process of evaluating the Huawei PRS, but there doesn't seem to be too much documentations available on Huawei PRS. Any help on this is highly appreciated.

What do you mean "evaluating"? You want to buy it for operator?
If you are working for operator ask local Huawei contact to give you access to PRS hedex files. This way you can have the latest version.

there is a complete Hedex library on PRS and also training courses from Huawei...very excellent...
