Hi all,

IRAT peparation failured caused by unkown target or other causes, anyone knows what would caused this cases happened?
I already check all GSM sites data are nothing wrong.
Please advise this. Your feedback is highly appreciated.

Hi,

check your external GSM cell definition in RNC - do they have correct LAC, CID, BCCH, BSIC? Then check in 3g->2G nbr definitions are correct in the cell?

If that does not show any error, then you have to check the CS core - if all Iu and A interfaces are defined correctly? as well are links between MSCs and MSSs defined correctly? In this case you will have huge number of failures.
