CE Dimensioning

Hi Guys,

Anyone of you that has a document showing Channel Element dimensioning guidelines. The document should show the needed CE for different traffic cases. Also brief explanation on the inputs like SHO, retransmission ans other stuffs.. I would appreciate if its coming from E/// point of view.

Voice AMR 12.2 k: Uplink 1; downlink 1
CS / PS 64 K: 3 Uplink, downlink 2
PS 128/144k: Uplink 5; downlink 4
384 k PS: Uplink 10, downlink 8
