Dear Colleagues,
Currently we are having 25 times more congestion of RAB Fail Estab CS and PS in cells that are in a LAC border.
Anyone know why this happens. ?
These are sites that have good signal levels. Urban sites.
Here is an example:
CELL
HSDPA UE MEAN CELL
RAB FAIL ESTAB CS
RAB FAIL ESTAB PS
LAC Border
CELLX
20
160
425
YES
CELLY
20
4
15
NO
Both Cells have the same radio condition. The only diference is that CELLX is in the LAC Border.
Anyone have idea why?
