Dear all,
I hope this tools would be useful, especially for troubleshooting purposes.
Step 1: Run the RNCLogcol.exe
Step 2: Give active OMU IP-address of the RNC
Step 3: Give the RNC Name
Step 4: Give User name that has FTP access to the RNC
Step 5: Give FTP access Password.
Then it will create RNC NAME_DATE directory and give you four options
Select OPTION 3 for Normal log collection without message monitoring
No password.
