Hi ! I want to learn optimization/design for UMTS/LTE

I dont know anything about optimization. Have been working as a DT for a year now. where should \i start learning and what should I read.

the truth is someone will have to give you chance...
you have to show interest too... study all you can.

if you have that chance you should be able to learn a lot. perhaps this is the moment to make sacrifice (travel if you have to, dont chose comfort... you need to learn...)
anyway that's my opinion.

Best option is to search for Video Optimization Courses of Qualcomm/Aircom here and for some vendors. Inacon books are also very good and to the point. Try to sit with the optimizer responsible for the area you drive and get some ideas about KPIs initially
