Hi all,
I need an help...I'm having a problem with a cell...after the swap from NSN to Huawei I'm having a greater coverage ( propagation delay checcked before and after the swap ) and also an higher CS DCR...actually I've checked all and everything is ok except the IRAT FR with the co-located GSM cell that is high.
Is there someone who could kindly suggest me some parameters to change in order to improve the IRAT succesfull rate ?
without losing traffic on 3G as customer doesn't want this .
Thanks in adavance.

already checked and there is no mistakes in the parameters as I'm having problem only on this cell of the site...and the cofiguration is ok

Do a UEXT2GCELL & check correct BCCH / BSIC etc. Double check in BSC it is same.
Check U2GNCELL for the neighbour relation and see if it is ok.
Check UCELLINTERRATHOCOV is blank or same as other cells.

If there is IRAT HO between UMTS & GSM cells just poor have you checked for crossed fibre / feeders on site? Is the GSM perf normal pre / post swap? Has the GSM been swapped too?

In my case majority were crossed fibre / feeder from particular swap team......and datafill errors.

Check for congestion in 2G cell also failure counters too.

Hope that its some use but you have prob already tried all of the above...good luck:)

Yes...I'm agree with you but not in this situation
