Hi experts,
We are having some problems of 0 kpbs HSUPA when you get coverage of certain cells (NSN network with RU30 10ms tti & 2 ms tti). The RF conditions are good most of the time.
One scenarios is when we are moving under cell X and having high UL thorughput, then when cell Y starts getting better coverage, the throughput starts to drop until you are on full coverage of cell Y with 0 throughput. When you leave cell Y the transfer starts again.
This scenario happens in a lot of cells. What could be the problem?
