Does DUW 10, 20, 30 have any limitations on HS code processing?

E// team is insisting to increase upgrade Duw 10 to Duw 20 which can process more HS code at a time I.e 15 where Duw process only 10.

Hi, it is not a simple question to answer because the baseband architecture is quite complex, but the simple answer is no. All DUW boards (10,20 & 30) are capable of 15 HS codes per cell. But the difference between them is that the larger boards can support more HS resource IDs without affecting your R99 CE pool. HS codes are tied to HS resource IDs so indireclty the more HS resource IDs you define the more HS codes you will have. Of course you still need to licence the HS codes, so there is a cost associated.

Yes, it's correct, DUW10 have 4 resource, DUW20 have 8 resource, DUW30 have 12 resource. When sharing for many cells, you will be limit if only using DUW10
