Ratio of Call Drop higher than number of call drop

What happen if the ratio of call drop was higher than number of call drop, can anyone advise on this?

You should be check the formula:
Call Drop Ratio= (# Call Drop) / (# Call Success)

In the denominator ... Call SUccess . u have to count : "Calls own cell" + "Call from incoming HO"
And These events in the denominator... depend of the technology and the vendor have separate counters for "Calls own cell" and "Call from incoming HO" or some case only one counter that include both events ... Check the counters doc in ALEX (E///) or NED (NSN)

Depends, can be normal, if you have 2 calls per hour and one is dropped you have 50% drop call ratio.
