Hello Friends,

Does anybody have tools to decode *.rscmd traces taken with Rhode&Schwarz Drive-test software?

Best Regards,
Artur

Actix opens them but it has bugs, looses signalling, etc... I would say it partially decodes R&S files.
R&S comes with own analysis software (NPA - Network Problem analyzer) basic version which gives an overview of the analysis. You can upgrade that but it's expensive (they have several modules but I haven't seen what they do). However all in all the software provided for analysis from R&S is of poor quality and is being sold at an excruciating price. It is very rarely used so I haven't seen any meds for it.

I export normally the rscmd files in ascii or mif and do the analysis in Mapinfo, developed my own mbx suited for my purposes. For events I use that NPA thing as Romes does not export them (it is supposed to but it doesn't).

I hope this helps
