Hi All
Today and during heavy but for short period (about 1 hour), a crisis happened in the network which lead to an outage in more than 120 sites. almost all of the effected sites were came back to service without field intervention after 30 min except some sites which were suffering from the below strange issue:
"When our engineer visited their node site, he usually found a flashing NPU1 B or 1C (Yellow BR LED and Fault RED LED flashing in sequence) and all the sites are crossed connected from the NPU are down (even if they are in a long chain and not directly connected to the node), and the problem were solved by making a warm restart to the TN only, also every function which the NPU is directly involved in it is also down (like DCN through the LAN NPU port)
May I have your ideas, some people saying this thing is belongs to grounding issues but I believe it belongs to something else as some sites have two TN and only one is effected.
Thanks in advance, hoping to find an answer to this issue.

Note: all the effected sites are ring sites with 20p Magazines, R4.4 and working on 18Ghz freq.
