HO Inter BSC parameter (Huawei)

Dear All,

We are trying to facilitate inter BSC HO. We adjust the co-BSC/MSC to "NO" and it seems to be working well.
The number of outgoing HO between 2 inter BSC cells is increasing.

yes that parameter helps but might result in poor out HSR and DCR.. i would recommend changing value of Min DL Lev on Candidate cell for improving HO efficiency
