Details of measurement reports in different RAT [Archive]

Hello

I am looking for details of measurement reports send from MS/UE to BTs/NodeB/eNodeB different Radio access technologies (CDMA,GSM and WiFi). For UMTS and LTE i could get these details from 3GPP spec (25.331 and 36.331). Can anyone direct me to similar document for CDMA,GSM and WiFi?

any idea where i can look for cdma and wifi?
