The cells contain maximum distance, 0.3/0.3 etc is antenna diamater of the two antennas

Just need someone to point me in the right direction if possible. I am to use pathloss and example files have been given.
How do I calculate maximum distance via pathloss?

Your question is too vauge. The main parameters that affect change are power/antenna/freq and noise floor. I typicaly expect a minimum signal at the reciever 2.5micovolts or better. this gives room for 3-6 db of fade before you need to worry about loss.

Damn, I haven't seen anyone using microvolts for signal strength for ... a decade? :)
