3G throughput

Dears,
i need to evaluate my 3G network. we using Huawei Ran12 and activated HSPA+ 64QAM feature. i think that per user throughput is approximately 600kbps. Is it low? / average of all cells following counter "VS.HSDPA.MeanChThroughput (kbit/s)" / I dont know my calculation is wrong or not. Please help us how to calculate per user throughput and please tell me how much is other operators?

make a good reading through the forum. must be some answers to your questions.
yes we sometimes check that counter altogether with the number of users ... but.. keep in mind that the user throughput will be averaged during the measurement period (30 mins or 60 mins) so you will get far lower value...in general we use 3 or 4 measurements. the IuB measurements, the avg and max number of users and the meanchthroughput as you mention.
