A W A R D solution uses a excel micro to postporcess DT data using I n v e x 3G Bbenchmarking kit.
Have u come acrooss it? If yes, pl see if u can share the macro

With 5.0 version i have the problem:

is for the 2.4 to 9.xxx version, you can use this macro maybe you can use this. Friends use this macro with probe export and this is ok.
