If anybode happen to know what is the Timer between :
RRC_CONNECTION_RECONFIGURATION
and
RRC_CONNECTION_RECONFIGURATION_COMPLETE

in case it is failure, how long it should wait (timer) before RRC will be released?

what is the parameter name in E******* and Huawei or may be ALU?
