Can you help fix this problem in GSM RxQuality optimization?
Does the frequency in FH list of one cell affect RxQuality of others in GSM?
For example: in this image, can ARFCN = 26 (not BCCH) of the above cell affect to the coverage of the below cell (that also has the ARFCN = 6 in FH list).
Thank you so much.

Yes, it could affect...
but which kind of FH is used in your net ?

My net uses Baseband FH (each sector has 4 frequency, MS hopes in sequence). But, I dont understand that the frequency hoping rate is very high, why in many cases, RxQualSub is bad for a long time.

Baseband hopping w/ 4 frequencies is insufficient..Based on what u described, seems that u have had channel collisions and the hopping rate has failed to average out the noise...Change the hopping mode, increase the HF pool and use another hopping scheme : 1x3 or 1x1...Depending on the vendor, you have different degree of FH algorithm sophistication...Good luck with your request to increase the frequency pool (Means u gotta ask for a whole new frequency plan for a new frequency release)...
