ANR rate set configuration in the RNC ?

do you know whether AMR rate set are configurable in Huawei 3G ? if yes, which is the command prompt

In Huawei you can use all the following AMR-NB rates: 4.75, 5.5, 5.9, 6.7, 7.4, 7.95, 10.2, 12.2

First you need to activate the switch CS_AMRC_SWITCH (UCORRMALGOSWITCH) at the RNC.
And you can modify the AMR for the user by three ways:

1 - By Load (UCELLLDR)
2 - By Link stability (UQOSACT/UTYPRABQUALITYMEAS/UCELLQUALITYMEAS)
3 - AMR fixed rates (UAMRC/UCELLAMRC)

Activate the switch CS_IUUP_V2_SUPPORT_SWITCH (UCORRMALGOSWITCH) to use the TFO/TrFO.

Dont forget to activate the AMR set rates at the CN and remember that the UE must support those rates.
