NSN Plan Editor for OSS 5.3 MP2 and RU30

Hi,

Does anyone have an updated version of NSN Plan Editor for OSS 5.3 MP2 that supports parsing of RU30 dumps?

I have version 4.6.8-1 but it does not parse all parameters.

As soon you install it you find the empty DB in the destination installing folder

The problem is that the installer does not come with the DB file. It weights around 12 MB when the installers with database weight around 30 MB.
