Can you please help me to fix this case (in the following image)?
The sector that uses BCCH = 7 are suffering Poor RxQUalSub (the RxLev is normal). THere is not Adjacent channel or co-channel surround. 31221

Hi,

Some recommendation below. Hope it helps.

1) From Drive Test, do an idle mode scan at the area maybe 2 km radius. Check if there is any co-bcch frequency with the server. Normally you will see it decode different BSIC with same BCCH. Just observe if there is any co-bcch and diff bsic in the idle scan file.
2) From stats, no sure which vendor you are having, but in E*******, u can check on the ICM band via rlcrp:cell= xxxxx (instantenous); or with the statistic. In ******** the statistic is IOI- interference on idle. Recommend you disable the hopping and monitor the stats.
3) If case 1 and 2 also not valid, then you retune to a cleaner frequency. Maybe you can use the idle scan in DT to see which BCCH can you retune.
