Calculating 3G Paging Load

I was searching for the method of calculating the Paging Load in UMTS for HUAWEI, I found the below eqn. but I'm not sure about it
also I need to know what does it stands for?

The equation is not correct. You can use below mentioned counters for RNC and Cell Level Paging performance.
IU Paging Success Ratio=(VS.RANAP.Paging.Succ.IdleUE/VS.RANAP.Paging.Att.IdleUE)*100%

VS.RRC.Paging1.Loss.PCHCong.Cell
VS.UTRAN.AttPaging1
