Can anyone help me to comment about this case: Do we need to decrease the tilt of Sector Minh-Khoi-18003_NDH (because it overlap to coverage of Buu-Cuc-18002_NDH)

You need to check the NB, Power Type,Power level, HO threshold,Buu-Cuc-18002_NDH's tilt and Antenna height. After that you decide what to do.
