It can cause a slight increase in your TCH Traffic since the Mean Holding Time of Unanswered calls will increase from 30s to 45s.

This will increase Resource usage and lead to more congestion in congested sites

also it has no effect on KPI (as he said)


I think it has no befit for increasing it
