login to a new BBU 3900 using LMT gives an error

Hi Experts

Using same laptop with same LMT version installed (3900L WCDMA V200R0013) on it

when I access a new installed BBU-WMPT- [out of a box on a 3900L cabinet NodeB (3G)]

Some BBUs let me select a version of LMT that match a current BBU software,,,if this is the case then I can update the BBU software and load configuration using LMT

While other BBUs don't let me select a version of LMT that match a current BBU software,,,,, if this is the case when I try to update the BBU software using LMT, error message pops us as below :

Hi! Hopfully one of these points is the reason why you cannot make it.

- Do you always have problem with this version? (V200R012ENGC00SPC420) If you can get it try to install to your PC.

- Maybe the WMPT has an old SW than you have to upgrade to an earlier version and after the latest (eg. R008C11SPC037 -> R008C11SPC053 -> R013)

- The card is faulty

- Try to upgrade via USB port:
1. Create a directory “NodeB” on the USB storage device and inside this directory create two folders “Configuration” and “Software”. Then in Configuration directory you should paste NodeBCfg.xml and in Software directory you should paste Software.csp and SwCPatch.csp files.2.Power on NodeB and wait for 10 minutes.
3. When you find the WMPT RUN light is slowly flash (1s on, 1s off), You must wait for 5 min, then insert Netac USB into the USB port (left one) on the board.
4. When upgrade finished, the BBU will restart automatically, you can hear the voice of fan running loudly for some time.
5. The status of LED:
WMPT RUN slowly flash (1s on, 1s off);
WMPT ACT will be on permanently;
USB LED is on for 2 minutes.
6. Try to connect and verify the SW version.
7. Remove the USB from NodeB

Anyway I don't have more idea, so I hope it will work.
