Dear Experts,
Please help me understanding Huawei Umts CAC Feature parameter ULCCHLOADFACTOR: this parameter is used for reserving power for common channel and high value represent power resource wastage, further CAC algorithm is only for DCH/HS Channel usage.
From the above definition I am unable to understand if ULCCHLoadfactor is set to high values then how power resources are wastage. Does it mean that more power will be reserved for common channels that will cause power shortage for other services? by Default how much power is allocated to Common Channel? is power allocation on common channel is dynamic?
Also Instances when UE moves to Cell FACH status is during cell update procedure and during transfer of data. Is restricting Cell FACH for signaling only, not for data transfer is possible and practical in network?
