Release Highlights:

Added support for Ascom TEMS Symphony version 6.1.3.
Added support for JDSU version 17.0.
Added support for PCTEL SeeHawk version 2.2.0.4.
Added support for Rohde and Schwarz ROMES version 4.70.
Added a new LTE “Inter-frequency handover failure rate” KPI in Spotlight.
Improved the diagnostic of LTE KPIs “RRC dropped connections” and “LTE failed handovers”.
Added support for UTF-8 cellrefs files (as exported from ActixOne).
A memory issue has been resolved that was caused by the usage of GetFormatted function in queries.
A problem with the TAB export feature in the map has been corrected that affected enumerated attributes.
A problem affecting crosstab queries have been resolved that could cause them to produce incorrect results after they were edited.

When I load TEMS logfile, Actix always show this popup. So, I press "OK", it show another popup. Although, this logfile was read by TEMS Investigation v10.0 normally.
