Yes, try to set G2GNCELL and GCELLHOBASIC parameter in the right way.
But consider that one KPI means nothing or just few more...
check also neighbours if someone of them have bad radio quality...check mean values of RX level UL and DL...and so on...try to disable power control and modify its parameters according to Ho parameters and so on :rolleyes:
